This is a great recipe because it’s easy and it hits all your sources- protein, fat, and carbohydrates.
Cook bacon for 10 mins at 450 degrees.
Drain a little bit of the bacon grease and set bacon out to cool and put asparagus in to same dish for 10 mins.
After 10 mins crack 4 eggs into dish and cook for 5 to 10 mins depending on how you like your eggs.
